Policies & Reminders

Health & Safety Disclosure:


Clients must disclose any sickness, medication interactions, or conditions that

may affect the Artist’s health or the application of services. Failure to disclose

may result in no refund for incomplete services. Flawless Glam is not responsible

for any allergic reactions, illnesses, or complications arising from undisclosed

conditions.


Service Refusal/Alteration:


Flawless Glam reserves the right to refuse or modify services due to unsanitary,

infectious, or unsafe conditions (e.g., pink eye, cold sores, COVID-19).


Payment Policy:


Payments may be made via Zelle, Apple Pay, CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. All

retainers, deposits, and pre-payments are non-refundable under any

circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling.


 Competition Stage Glam requires payment in full to secure your appointment. Once payment is

submitted, NO refunds will be issued—NO EXCEPTIONS.


Assumption of Risk & Liability:


Clients acknowledge the risks involved in makeup and hair services. Providing

false information may lead to undesired results, and Flawless Glam is not liable

for complications.

Flawless Glam is not responsible for delays, missed stage times, or any issues

arising after services are completed. The flow of events and client punctuality are

beyond our control.

Clients assume full responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages related to

services.


Media Release:


Flawless Glam may photograph/video clients for promotional use in any media.


Waiver of Liability:


To the fullest extent permitted by law, clients release Flawless Glam from any

claims, suits, or damages arising from services.


Client Agreement:


By booking, I confirm I have read and understood this policy. **All retainers and

payments are final and non-refundable.** This agreement is binding for me and

my heirs/assigns.

Booking Policy

How to Book:


-Competition Glam: Secure your appointment with full payment .

- Slots are **confirmed only upon payment** (first-come, first-served).

-Weddings: Secure your appointment with 50% non refundable retainer is required along with a signed bridal contract.

-Photoshoots/Events: Secure your appointment with 50% non refundable retainer. 


Competition Two-Day Shows:


- Packages are available if you are competing both days:

- Makeup Only: $300

- Hair only: $210

- Makeup & Hair: $500


Competition Service Location:


Primary location: We will come to your hotel unless a room is needed. (if available). We will try to secure a room in the Host Hotel. If sold out, a nearby hotel will be arranged.

- Room details will be emailed after check-In if applicable


Scheduling:


- Final schedule sent by Thursday before the event.

- Appointments may start as early as 4 AM (based on show needs).

- Scheduling prioritizes class times & additional services.

- Hair clients are typically scheduled closer to showtime.


Touch-Ups & Products:


- No on-site touch-ups provided (longwear formulas ensure durability).

-A complementary touch up bag will be provided. ( powder and lip)


Punctuality:


- Kindly be punctual for your appointment, as arriving late may result in a rushed

job or require you to return later. Unfortunately, we cannot extend into the next client's slot.


Transfers:


- Should you need to transfer your booking to a different show, you may do so up to two weeks before the initially booked show, subject to availability. Please

note, transfers are limited to one occasion per booking, and any subsequent

changes will require a new booking process. All transfers must occur within the same calendar year as the original purchase; services cannot be rolled over to the subsequent year.
